Owner / Tenant Information

Owners are responsible for transmitting all information, rules and regulation to their tenants and ensuring their compliance.


Since The Lakes of Jacaranda is a condominium, the Condominium Association will maintain an insurance policy on the building, and all common areas. As an individual unit owner, it is your responsibility to obtain a condominium owner policy to cover personal property as well as liability coverage for within your condominium. Your policy should cover everything from the first layer of drywall into the unit.

New lease and renewal

  • From time to time changes occur in the status of owners/tenants, their families or the unit itself,
  • 30 days before signing a new or renewal rental lease, Owner/landlord must notify the Condominium Association/screening committee for approval.
  • All new residents, tenants or roommates 18 years and older must have valid signed lease for more than 6 months.
  • Every additional new tenant/roommate that not on the lease must have landlord written consent and screening committee approval before moving in to the apt,
  • Parking tags and electric keys will not be given prior to screening committee approval.
  • To keep the homeowner’s / tenants records current and up-to-date, we are requesting that you complete the owner info form and submit it to the main office. This information will be kept strictly confidential. Please be assured that the Association’s only intent is to protect your property to the very best of its ability.

Unit Care

With the purchase of a new home come the responsibilities of homeownership. Regular maintenance and immediate response to household repair will help retain the value of your new home. As the owner of a condominium, you are responsible for keeping the interior of your unit in good repair. The maintenance only work in and on the common elements of the property, i.e. hallways, clubhouse lobbies, main building areas and systems. If something malfunctions in your unit, it will be necessary for you to contact your own repair personnel for its repair. For your convenience, we have listed some recommended or preferred repair personnel in the “Emergence tel & keys” section of this website.



  • Please contact the receptionist in the clubhouse for details and reservations.
  • Maximum Capacity of 35 guests (including kids).
  • $250.00 refundable security deposit.
  • Renting the clubhouse $190.00 non-refundable fee. for 24 hours (11.59 am to 11.59 am the day after)
  • + $10.00 an hour minimum of 6 hours non-refundable fee for security guard.
  • Renters will held responsible for any damage/broken items and must clean afterwards

  • Pool party should have a maximum of 20 guests (including kids).
  • $200 refundable security deposit + $100 rental fee for the pool.
  • $10.00 an hour minimum of 6 hours non-refundable fee for security guard.
  • Renter will use only 1 B.B.Q grill and 1 should be available to the other residents.
  • No personal barbecues/grills allowed in the community amenities areas.
  • Renters will held responsible for any Damage/Broken items and must clean afterwards
